Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with the law, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

you have a proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
Please Note: Personalized products, made-to-order items (e.g., custom paintings) and unique handmade pieces (e.g., ceramics with individual details) are non-returnable.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible – within 3 business days of receiving the item. In such cases, I will be happy to:

Return Shipping
